Matt Gonwa is a Partner with The Cambridge Group. He focuses on identifying profitable opportunities to improve top-line performance across execution levers, including positioning, innovation, go-to-market strategy, pricing and media activation. He primarily serves clients within the consumer goods, retail and media sectors.
Prior to joining The Cambridge Group, Matt worked at the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA), a Department of Defense think tank. While at IDA, Matt worked on strategic planning and resource allocation issues for the Department of Defense and several other governmental entities, including NASA, the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Matt earned an MBA with honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Strategic Management and Marketing Strategy. Matt also earned a BS in Mathematics from the University of Chicago where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
