Lauren is an Associate Partner with The Cambridge Group. During her tenure at TCG, she has helped clients use consumer insights to realize unmet demand across industries. Lauren's experience includes consumer segmentation, portfolio innovation and omni-channel strategy across retail, technology, healthcare, food & beverage and financial services clients.
Prior to joining The Cambridge Group, Lauren worked as a Consultant for Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. At BCBSA, she was responsible for partnering with Blue Cross Blue Shield plans to create actionable improvement strategies to develop a more seamless member experience.
Lauren earned an MBA with honors from Chicago Booth. She also holds a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
