Kristin Gilbert is an Associate Partner with The Cambridge Group. She is responsible for leading day-to-day project tasks that drive toward strategic recommendations.
In her time at The Cambridge Group, Kristin has helped her clients develop growth strategies by creating market assessments, Demand Landscapes, new product category analyses, innovation blueprints, global portfolio strategies and e-commerce plans. She has worked on projects for large consumer packaged goods companies and global apparel and lifestyle brands.
Prior to working at The Cambridge Group, Kristin was a Client Lead at Mattersight Corporation, a contact center analytics company. Kristin managed day-to-day client relationships and analyzed Mattersight's Behavioral Analytics™ data to build actionable insights.
Kristin earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, concentrating in Marketing Management and Economics. She also graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics.
