Carla Fishman is a Principal Consultant with The Cambridge Group. She helps clients unlock growth through demand-driven strategy, combining deep analytical rigor with a practical understanding of how businesses can create value.
During her time at The Cambridge Group, Carla has partnered with clients across Food and Beverage, Personal Care, Tech, not-for-profit and other consumer industries to develop growth strategies through Demand Landscapes, innovation blueprints, new product category analysis, portfolio strategies and strategic planning. She is passionate about translating consumer understanding into actionable recommendations that help organizations make confident business decisions.
Prior to joining The Cambridge Group, Carla worked in brand management at Ferrara Candy Company where she developed long-term innovation pipeline and supported portfolio optimization initiatives. She also has extensive experience in marketing analytics, having worked at Nielsen in insights and marketing effectiveness roles.
Carla earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She also holds a BA in Economics and Sociology with a concentration in analysis and research from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
