  • Business Analyst - BA/BS or MA/MS, all majors; limited business experience
  • Consultant - MBA degree from a top-tier institution required; 2-4 years of consulting or business experience
  • Project Manager - MBA degree from a top-tier institution required; 4-6 years of professional work experience; and at least 2-3 years of strategy consulting experience required
  • Project Director - MBA degree from a top-tier institution required; 5-7 years of professional work experience; and at least 4 years of strategy consulting experience required
  • Principal - MBA degree from a top-tier institution required; 7+ years of professional work experience; considerable strategy consulting, team leadership, client management, and business development experience required
