The Cambridge Group Names Two New Principals

Chicago, October 9, 2007 — The Cambridge Group, a leading strategy consulting firm, today announced that Mark Miller and Carrie Shea have been named as principals of the firm.

Mr. Miller brings over 20 years of management consulting and industry experience to The Cambridge Group. Over his career, Mr. Miller has served in senior executive and consulting positions focused on driving strategic and operational improvements. In his most recent role as a principal at Archstone Consulting, Miller was responsible for the launch and development of the firm’s Central Region. Prior to joining Archstone Consulting, Miller served as vice president of organizational effectiveness for the cell phone business at Motorola, Inc. and as chief operating officer of Entrade, Inc., a NYSE-listed internet software company. Miller was also a vice president and practice leader at A.T. Kearney, Inc., where he spent nearly 13 years consulting on business and marketing strategy issues across multiple industries. Mr. Miller is a board member of the National Chamber Foundation of the US Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Chicago Make-A-Wish fundraising committee.

Mr. Miller earned an MBA from Harvard Business School as well as a BBA and BS from Southern Methodist University.

Ms. Shea also brings over 20 years of management consulting and industry experience to The Cambridge Group. Most recently, she was a principal and practice leader at Archstone Consulting where she led the firm’s Global Strategy Practice. Prior to Archstone Consulting, Ms. Shea worked at A.T. Kearney as a vice president in the Strategy and Consumer Products Practices. She has also held management positions at Entrade, Inc., Johnson & Johnson Baby Products and Lexecon, Inc., an economic consulting firm. Ms. Shea serves on the boards of the Joffrey Ballet, the Chicago Chapter of the American Cancer Society and the Lake Forest Open Lands Association.

Ms. Shea earned an MBA and BA from the University of Chicago.
