The Cambridge Group Names Gloria Cox Managing Director

Chicago, February 21, 2008 — The Cambridge Group, a leading strategy consulting firm, today announced that Gloria Cox accepted the new position of Managing Director.

Gloria Cox, a Principal with The Cambridge Group, joined the firm 15 years ago.  Throughout her tenure, she has successfully managed client engagements and provided leadership in developing the firm’s consulting talent.

“Gloria Cox has been instrumental to the ongoing success and growth of The Cambridge Group over the past 15 years”, said Rick Kash, the firm’s founder and CEO.  “Gloria’s new role as our Managing Director will formally recognize the leadership she has consistently demonstrated both externally through exceptional client work and internally by developing our consulting talent and positioning The Cambridge Group for continued success.”

As Managing Director, Ms. Cox will continue to develop client relationships and manage client projects.  In addition, she will now manage the internal operations of The Cambridge Group, lead efforts to develop the firm’s human capital and oversee strategic planning for the firm.

Prior to joining The Cambridge Group, Ms. Cox was an Engagement Manager and a core member of the Consumer Goods Practice at McKinsey & Company.  Before McKinsey, she worked in market research for the Paper Division of Procter & Gamble.

Ms. Cox earned a Masters of Management from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS from Indiana University where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
