• Promotions occur at TCG when you can perform the responsibilities for the role above you. You’ll have lots of chances to practice. Many projects will require you to flex up to cover the responsibilities of the role above you or flex down to cover the responsibilities of the role below you, giving a Business Analyst the chance to draft part of a strategy deck or a Consultant the chance to show off her hard-earned Excel-modeling skills.
