Project teams
- Your voice is valued at TCG. Our project teams are often comprised of just 3 to 4 consultants. The implications?
Your input is required.
- There is no room to hide, and that is a good thing. Even at the most junior levels, all team members are expected to contribute in team meetings to develop hypotheses, sketch out story lines, and think through strategy implications. This hands-on approach helps you develop sound business judgment, think critically on your feet, and collaborate with a diverse team. And more importantly, your insight and ideas help strengthen the strategy for the client.
You get to flex.
- Promotions occur at TCG when you can perform the responsibilities for the role above you. Youll have lots of chances to practice. Many projects will require you to flex up to cover the responsibilities of the role above you or flex down to cover the responsibilities of the role below you, giving a Business Analyst the chance to draft part of a strategy deck or a Consultant the chance to show off her hard-earned Excel-modeling skills. As you flex up and down, you gain a more nuanced understanding of our work from multiple lenses, which is invaluable to your personal development and makes your contribution to the team more impactful.
