Dr. Dimitar Antov is a Director with The Cambridge Group. He was formerly an Analytics Principal with The Cambridge Group and a member of the Economic Center of Excellence. He has worked on a wide spectrum of engagements involving strategic resource allocation, precision targeting, marketing and sales execution, customer engagement and penetration. Dimitar has extensive experience in defining, scoping, planning and executing the implementation of consumer-focused growth strategies.
Dimitar’s work is centered around highly complex problems that involve big data and advanced analytics to develop solid activation solutions. Responsibilities include applying and developing Cambridge’s core and emerging IC to client problems. He leads teams that heavily utilize quantitative analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, CRM database scoring, BI reporting and data visualization. Dimitar also represents the firm at conferences covering state-of-the-art techniques in data mining and consumer research.
Prior to joining the Cambridge Group, Dimitar worked as an equity trader at S.H. Brandt Investment Company.
Dimitar was elected Phi Beta Kappa and graduated summa cum laude from Lake Forest College. Dimitar earned a Masters and a Ph.D. degree in Economics from Northwestern University. Some of his research has been published in academic journals.
